What to Expect from your Free Initial Consultation
Once you request your initial consultation, a Fisher Business Management consultant will set up an appointment to learn about your business goals and explain how Fisher can help you achieve those goals.
Then, we prepare a proposal outlining how we will do what you need at a price you can afford. It details all of the consultants involved, what they will do for you, how many hours will be required per month or per week, and how much it will cost. If your budget is limited, we prioritize tasks so that the most urgent issues are taken care of first.
Once we have your go-ahead to move forward, we bring in our consultants as needed. They’ll work alongside you and your employees to implement your vision. One of our professional managers will be your contact person, coordinating all of our consultants’ efforts.
If we’re designing ongoing systems for your company, we train your people how to keep them working once they’re in place. OR, you can keep your Fisher team to handle specific jobs or departments for you.
